We’re glad you asked! Your account will become dormant or inactive if there is no activity for more than 12 consecutive months. To keep your account active, you can do any of the following:

  • Make a deposit or withdrawal at an ATM or branch location
  • Make a debit card purchase
  • Respond to our due diligence letter via mail or contact us at 866.873.4968 if you need additional assistance.


Logging into a dormant account online or on mobile DOES NOT activate the account. A transaction must be made to activate.
