BluPeak gives you your direct deposit as soon as we get it. We don’t hold any ACH items, including direct deposits.
The time it takes for your direct deposit to reach us depends on your employer or merchant. You should ask them when they send the direct deposits and when they usually arrive at your bank.
If your direct deposit is late or missing, you should contact your employer’s payroll department. They can check if the deposit was sent and track it down or fix any problems. This way, you can get the latest and most accurate information about your direct deposit.
