We recommend using Online Banking to place a stop payment. Simply complete the Stop Payment under the Additional Services tab to initiate your request. Need to stop a payment marked "Pending?" Select the Cancel link associated with the payment in the Pending Payments section of Bill Pay. Please note: Due to the way payments are processed, the attempt to stop transactions marked "In Process" may not be successful. Payments marked "Completed" cannot be stopped.
