Why is BluPeak transitioning to Elan?
BluPeak has partnered with Elan to enhance member services, offering improved efficiency and additional benefits.
What should members expect during the transition?
- Card Replacement: Existing cards will be deactivated on April 9, 2024, with new Elan cards arriving in March.
- Auto Pay: Auto Pay settings will not transfer automatically. Members will need to manually set up Auto Pay using forms provided by Elan or online at My Account Access.
Handling Payments During Transition:
- Payment Adjustments: Payment cycles will align closely with Elan's schedules. Members can request cycle changes post-conversion.
- Late Fees: No late fees will be charged for the first 60 days after the conversion.
